          Chocolate diamond rings

Chocolate diamonds provide an extremely rich and warm tone. Selecting only naturally chocolate coloured diamonds, we are able to produce a wide range of designs from our website collection along with the unilmited possibility of any bespoke design using chocolate diamonds. Brown diamonds were amonst some of the first diamonds to be set into jewellery and it was actually the Romans who used diamonds in their natural crystal form, set into rings back in the First to Third Centuries C.E. Chocolate diamonds are also frequently termed by other expressions such as cognac diamonds or coffee diamonds. We tend to use the term chocolate diamonds since the colour we select most closely resembles a fancy chocolate colour.

Chocolate Diamonds

A wide range of solitaire ring designs are available featuring simple settings in 18ct Yellow Gold set with chocolate diamonds

Many of our chocolate diamonds originate from the Argyle mine in Western Australia, famous for its pink diamonds. Each diamond is a natural fancy brown colour and can be set into any particular style. We tend to set them into 18ct Yellow Gold since the warm tones of both yellow and brown compliment each other. Many world collections have used chocolate diamonds, set either as large single diamonds, or even combinations of smaller diamonds. Pave set stones are particularly effective and can show a striking contrast when set alongside swathes of white diamonds. Our designs include particularly effective designs such as 18ct yellow gold slider pendants which are specially made for each client. Each of our chocolate diamonds is available in a range of sizes with our collection showing a range of currently available diamond weights. Anthing outside these sizes can be provided by request.

Chocolate Diamonds

Simple designs of pendants are most effective with any diamond. We have substituted white diamonds for chocolate diamonds in two very simple designs of solitaire pendant. Each has a rub-over bezel setting with the first design incorporating a bale through which the chain passes. The second image shows a slider pendant. This is the simplest design of all with the chain passing through the body of the pendant itself creating a truly minimalist piece combining simplicity with the warmth of a cinnamon chocolate diamond. Please see the appropriate product page for our pendants with chocolate diamonds

Many articles have been written concerning the inclusion of white diamonds alongside chocolate diamonds. This works particularly well for many fancy coloured diamond ring designs. The use of very white (G colour or above) diamonds alongside warm shades of brown work very well to emphasize the fancy diamond colour. This can be seen in our cluster below which features a much larger central diamond in chocolate brown.

Chocolate Diamond Clusters

Elaborate clusters featuring a combination of white and chocolate diamonds work very well irrespective of whether the metal chosen is 18ct White Gold, Yellow Gold or Platinum. For prices please see our product page relating to clusters featuring chocolate diamonds
