Despite the enormous range of diamond wedding rings that exist, it is sometimes necessary to consider custom made diamond wedding rings as a possible option. The reason for such a choice might be the need for a specially shaped ring, or perhaps you have seen a design and want to re-create something similar to your own specifications, whether this is a  men's wedding ring or women's wedding ring. This is where we can help. We have a variety of specialised techniques for creating the perfect wedding rings. From CAD designs, with use of the computer, to specially hand made rings to fit around existing jewellery, we provide a fully bespoke service where required.

Computer Designed Custom Made Diamond Wedding Rings

This technique is suitable for intricate custom made diamond wedding rings. Firstly the ring can be designed using specialised software. From this a wax model is created which is set with diamonds of your choice after casting in your preferred precious metal.

The resulting ring, whilst being faithful to the initial design brief is finished to exacting standards using the highest quality diamonds. We keep in close contact with the client throughout the process ensuring we meet all demands.

Shaped diamond wedding rings.

If you are one of the many people who require a wedding ring to be made, due to the setting of the engagement ring, this information might be of interest to you. We are happy to offer a bespoke design service to make any wedding ring to fit perfectly against your engagement ring.

Even specially shaped diamond wedding rings will not always fit against an engagement ring unless they have been made specifically for that particular ring. The only way to ensure a perfect fit is for us to have your engagement ring and design the ring that will best fit. There are several stages involved in doing this. We have outlined one possible route below.

• After discussing your requirements with us, we will be happy to offer a guide price to make your bespoke diamond wedding ring.
• If you are happy with our suggestion, you can send us your engagement ring by Royal Mail Special Delivery, to start work.
• Next, a wax model can be designed and made, created around the basic design of your proposed wedding ring. We will gladly send this to you to approve the design.
• If you are happy with the design, we then set any diamonds required into the ring.
• The new wedding ring is finished and your engagement ring cleaned and repolished ready to be delivered back to you.

This outlines one possible course we can take to produce a shaped wedding ring to fit against your engagement ring. For more complex designs, we are happy to use CAD to design your wedding ring by computer. This is better suited to more complex designs requiring pave or channel set diamonds or the addition of intricate detail into the ring. 

We have provided a few images below of a wedding ring produced to fit against an engagement ring. The first image shows the basic wax model that is carved. From this the wedding ring is cast, before work is begun to produce the finished wedding ring.

By working from engagement rings directly, there is no margin for error in creating a perfect fit. We are happy to set any diamonds into the wedding band, to meet your requirements. We do not charge a design fee for this work, but provide this as part of the service.
