Delivery Information

For delivery , your gift packaged item will then be sent to you in a secure postal carton. Every order receives the greatest attention to detail and is meticulously packaged by hand with care. Please feel free to contact us for a specific delivery time on a particular item. Please include the required finger size, metal and any diamond specifications if known and where appropriate.With each item we sell, we try to quote you a realistic delivery time. Most jewellery that we sell is made to your own individual specifications. We carefully select the diamonds and the item is prepared, hallmarked, set with appropriate stones and finished, all by hand, ready for you to take delivery.

Please note Palladium wedding rings, can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. Palladium engagement rings can take upto 5 weeks to be manufactured. Please feel free to email us for a delivery time on any item. We feel that a quality piece of jewellery that is often worn for a lifetime requires time and attention to every detail. Most of our items are made to order and take approx. 10-14 working days from order to dispatch. If however you cannot wait for the suggested delivery time, please contact us and we will make any arrangements we can to accommodate your requirements.

All items are sent , fully insured, by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Parcels are securely packaged in solid postal boxes under plain wrapping. We will send you an email on the day of dispatch to the delivery address provided. Your package will arrive before 1pm the following day and will require a signature upon arrival. We can deliver Mon-Saturday and can arrange delivery for a particular day if required. Please ensure that you provide a secure delivery address. All parcels will need to be signed for at the time of delivery. Please ensure the packaging is intact and do not accept delivery if the package has been opened. We will not take responsibility for loss after the package has been signed for. Each item is packaged and sealed by two member of staff to ensure the enclosure of contents. Each package leaves our care under sealed plain wrapping and should arrive in this same state.  

International Orders

We are always very happy to  take international orders. Please contact us by email in the first instance enquiries@serendipitydiamonds.co.uk or call us (01983 880010) for more information. Payment can be taken over the phone by credit or debit card. Orders within the EU will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For. All other international orders will be sent via secure courier. We will be happy to provide a quote based on your own personal circumstances. Your piece of jewellery, whether it is and engagement ring, diamond pendant or wedding ring, will arrive in a solid wooden presentation case with a white  interior. In addition it will be sumptuously packaged within one of our branded gift boxes.
