The ring arrived just as promised on the morning of Valentine’s Day – I’d proposed on Friday 13th, (unlucky for some, but lucky for me), and Charlotte was suitably shocked and said, “Yes”.The postman turned up at 9am in the morning. I have to admit at this point that I was slightly apprehensive as, up until this point, I’d only seen a couple of JPEG photos. I needn’t have worried as the ring was even better than I had expected! I was blown away by the quality, and the advice Mark had given me in helping me decide meant that the ring looked superb and remained extremely good value. I can’t thank Mark and his team enough – Absolutely brilliant work by all involved. I have to admit I was very sceptical about buying an engagement ring over the internet as to quote a line from a pretty famous film 'you never know what you're gonna get'. I cannot sing the praises of Serendipity Diamonds and Mark’s personable customer service enough! I had already purchased my diamond(for an engagement ring), and I had a unique idea for my fiancés ring. This involved engraving, adding a gemstone and the setting of the diamond.
I must admit I was skeptical, at first about sending my diamond away, however the first phone call with Mark and you realize you’re dealing with a person with a vast knowledge of jewellery and excellent customer service etiquette.
