All online payments are secure and are processed by 128 bit encryption via a secure payment gateway. No card details will be stored, and your order will be confirmed by email. You will have the opportunity as you proceed through the checkout to notify us of any special requirements. See our Terms and Conditions for further information.

"Since many of our rings take at least1-2 weeks to produce (sometimes longer), we are happy to work flexibly to suit your needs. To begin work, we usually ask for a 10% deposit payable by credit or debit card by phone. We are then happy to take the balance upon completion of your ring."

For your security and peace of mind we do not keep any record of your credit card details and security information.  We are more than happy to speak to you if you require any advice. For  further information on this or any other issue, please feel free to contact us. 

Please note that for any phone orders, where Mastercard SecureCode or Verified by Visa does not take place, we can only deliver to the billing address. Please note we do not accept American Express cards.

We now use Mastercard Secure Code and Verified by Visa to process online payments.

Verified by Visa is a simple password protected identity checking service. This takes the risk out of buying online, offering you customer reassurance.

MasterCard SecureCode enhances your current MasterCard card with a secret code to protect against unauthorized use of your card when you shop online at participating merchants.

International Orders

We are happy to take international orders. Please contact us by email in the first instance enquiries@serendipitydiamonds.co.uk or call us (01983 567283). Payment can be taken over the phone by credit or debit card. Orders within the EU will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For. All other international orders will be sent via secure courier. We will be happy to provide a quote based on your own personal circumstances.
